Fantastic analog delay. To my ears, this beats many if not all vintage analog delays, including early DM-2. This pedal uses 18V power and the original coveted Panasonic MN3005 chip for higher headroom and clarity. Sounds wonderful.
Pedal is in very good shape with some small scuffs. It looks great for a 40-year old pedal. Works perfectly with both 18V adapter (not included) or two 9V batteries.
I'm not sure about the exact year when this was made but based on some other pedals and serial numbers I've seen, I would put it at somewhere around 1980 - 1981. Great vintage delay.
As you can tell from the photos... This AD-80 has been modified. It has an additional momentary switch is an "infinity" switch that turns the Repeat knob all the way up for that great analog delay feedback and run-away.
